Shipping policy

DCI will confirm your order within 24 hours (1 working day) of receipt.

Orders may be provided to DCI from various sales channels.

Once payment is confirmed, DCI will ship the product within 48 hours (Sunday Excluded).  

DCI will ship the product(s) using United States Postal Service via Ground Advantage. 

The product(s) will be shipped in bubble protected envelopes and a tracking # will be provided to the sales channel contact where the order originated and to the customer if an email is provided with the order detail.

Delivery of shipment within the USA typically takes 3-4 working days. 

Free Shipping to the 48 continental US states for orders above $40 USD, excluding sales taxes (if applicable).

Shipment to US territories outside the continental USA will be calculated and customers will be notified in advance for acceptance and payment.
